How much work is needed from me?
Basically this works as any other website and the work needed is up the user. We take care of hosting, technical management of the site, updating software, security and producing content and products. All the fine-tuning, customer service, additional features and content is up to you. Of course, we’ll help you with anything you need.
What payment gateways are supported?
Stripe, Paypal and Authorize.net are default supported gateways, but if needed, integrating Woocommere and additional payment processors is an option.
What technical know-how should I have to subscribe?
You should have at least a basic knowledge of how websites and online businesses work. If you have 0 experience or no interest or time to learn, it’s probably not the best option for you. The other options is that you’ll hire someone to do it for you. We’ll support and help as best we can, but we won’t be able to manage day-to-day business and problems.
Can I add my own content/products/courses
You can add as much of your own content as you wish. You can easily mix our premade content and your own. Add pages, videos, images. We provide you with presentation templates, so if you want you can also record them using your own face and voice.
Can I use the content on some other site or platform
All the content is strictly meant to be used only on our platform. Using it outside the platform (except marketing content like social media posts, emails etc) is illegal.
What happens to the site if I cancel
If you cancel your subscription, you have to options: you can have the site closed for good or pay a $10/month fee to keep the site “on hold”, so you can continue from where you left off if you decide to resubscribe.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, if you have or you purchase a domain name, we can easily connect it to this site. If you don’t have a domain, you’ll get a YOURPAGENAME.membership.contact url address.
