Delivery
Your white-label coaching site will be delivered to you within 24 hours after you complete the onboarding form, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase. If there are any delays in the delivery process, we will notify you accordingly.
Cancellation
After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your site until the end of the current payment cycle. Once the payment cycle ends, your contract will be terminated, and your content will be deleted from our database. This content will not be restorable. You may request to put your site on hold, in which case you will not be able to use the service, but we will keep your site in our database, and you can resume your service at any time.
